Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

This great tasting mixed berry smoothie bowl can be eaten as an helahty alternative to either your breakfast or even your desert, as its so sweet. It has a thick cream like consistancy and is raw, vegan and gluten-fee.



Ingredients:

- 2 Frozen Bananas

- Handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, rasberries and blackberries)

- Half a scoop of VK Fitness's Mixed Berry Vegan Isolate

- 35ml (approx 2 tablespoons) of dairy-free milk (eg. rice, almond, soya)


Directions:

- Freeze 2 peeled and sliced bananas over night

- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

- If needed add more dairy-free milk until you reach your desired consistancy

- Top with some extra berries
